Brexit will lead to the privatisation of the UK | Letters
Hardline Brexiters, led by Liam Fox, are generally characterised by remainers as little Englanders seeking to withdraw from international cooperation, the EU market and the influx of foreign workers. The Brexiters are in fact extreme rightwing ideologues committed to exposing the UK to the full rigours of the market and global capitalist forces. If the UK becomes an offshore tax haven, the biggest losers will be the populations of those same northern Labour constituencies.
